I fell in love with this tree in the cove of Sugar Loaf Cove, just north of Little Marais, Minnesota. I’ve titled this image "Perseverance" because this weather-beaten cedar tree continues to hold itself in place while its perch erodes away. Sometimes, this image is a good metaphor for life and our journeys through it. This image has won multiple awards.
